A bring-your-own-device conference room at Catholic Charities of Baltimore, built for fast, friction-free meetings with dual displays, integrated video bar, and one-touch source switching.
The Challenge
Catholic Charities staff needed a conference space where visiting partners and internal teams could walk in, plug in any laptop, and start a meeting — without IT involvement, software installs, or fumbling with cables.
Our Solution
RTZ outfitted the room with dual 65" displays and an integrated video bar with built-in camera for hybrid meetings. Two HDMI inputs at the table support BYOD presenters, and a small 3" Extron touchpanel controls source switching with a single tap. The result is a true plug-and-present BYOD experience for any user, on any device.
